College Day

College Day is coordinated by the counseling staff of the Office for Disability Services (ODS). This event invites high school students, teachers and parents from across the state to a 2 and one-half workshop that includes a tour of ODS and the Ohio State University. The purpose of the activity is provide students with disabilities information about: college preparation; what is it like to be in college with a disability (a panel of current OSU students with disabilities); a discussion on the differences between high school and college; and the differences between academic environments (i.e. 2-year, 4-year, etc.).
