OSU Transportation and Parking Services provides parking permits and transportation services for persons with disabilities. Click the links below for more information on how to access these services.

  • OSU Disability Parking Permit Information
    For disability parking permits (permanent and temporary) for OSU students, faculty and staff.
  • OSU Handivan Transportation Services
    Transportation & Parking Services offers Faculty, Staff, Students, and Visitors with temporary or permanent mobility impairments an efficient and convenient way to move around campus, called "Handivan". This service operates during the hours shown below throughout the year, transporting wheelchair and ambulatory passengers door-to-door, both on and off campus within University established boundaries.

The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) Project Mainstream is a paratransit service within the Columbus metropolitan area for eligible seniors and individuals with disabilities who are unable to use the fixed-route COTA bus service as a result of their disability.  This service is a demand-response service based on requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
